Mike Does Fran

I tried to post a demo video of the workout but it didn't work. It was a demo of the Crossfit workout 'Fran' that I did this morning. Obviously the people in the video are MACHINES and knock this workout out in less than 3 minutes. It took me 11:25. Of course I am just starting and have never done 'thrusters' before.

Here is the breakdown of the workout:

3 rounds for time of:
Thrusters and Pullups
Rounds are 21 - 15 - 9 on the reps.

Talk about fatigue! These workouts push you in a ways you're not used to. The thrusters were done with a weight of 95lbs. Sounds light but just give it a try and let me know what you think. :) Tomorrow is 'The Badger!'
