- Order nametapes for the cammies I received from CTEP and my gear.
- Figure out how many nametapes I need for all my gear.
- Go to the CIF to exchange the old gear for the new gear (don't ask).
- Get the nametapes sown on properly.
- Take a promotion picture (becomes exponentially more difficult with each passing day I spend with my wife since I don't exercise and I eat like a pig while she is here).
On the bright side, Tuesday night is bowling night! It's the last night of the league and I need to come up big to cement myself as a power in the league. I wonder if that reads as good as it sounds in my head? Bowling is a habit I picked up from my Dad and got pushed along by Rob. I scheduled a little bowling date with my parents, the wife, and me while I'm back home visiting for the holidays. Should be a good time even if it is on their playing field!
Did I mention that no one is at work? Block Leave can be a wonderful thing. Well, the Marine Times is calling my name. Time to find out what the new field days in the barracks are going to be like.
